Job: Teacher
Sexual Orientation: Bi, but not loud about it.
Personality (you don't need a novel!): Iruka is either loud or quiet, there's not a lot of in between for him. He's a very devoted person, both to his jobs, and those he cares for, and a very empathetic person. He's felt lose at a young age, and it effect him deeply. Both his parents were killed by the Kyuubi sealed inside Naruto, but as oppose to being resentful to the boy, he's quite the opposite. Seeing much of the troubles he'd gone through as an orphan he bonds with Naruto, trying to help lead him on the right path, and probably becoming a touch over protective (Something that leads to the occasional clash between he and Kakashi)
His power are strong, but not overwhelmingly so, which accounts for part of his decision to become a teacher. That's not saying he can't hold his own in battle, they wouldn't let just anyone be a teacher. He has a bit of a past with Kakashi, and as of right now is unsure of where they stand.
Anything else important about the character?: He has a large scar on his nose from when he was a child.
